Assembly Line Class 100 Laminar Air Flow Cabinet / Softwall Clean Room

The fans of Clean Booth press air through HEPA Air Filters with regular wind pressure. After passing through HEPA Air Filters, vertical and unidirectional airflow is well distributed to the work area, ensuring high cleanliness levels.

Structure

The main frame is constructed from square tubing, surrounded by glass or curtain-type walls, with swivel casters underneath for mobility. The platform is made of punched stainless steel plate for effective dust removal.

Primarily used for local purification stations in assembly lines, such as mobile phone film applications, featuring professional design elements including a 750mm high counter and two anti-static soft curtain doors for assembly line integration.

Product Function

The clean booth utilizes industrial aluminum (or stainless steel/iron square tubing with spray coating) as the frame, with fan filter unit groups (FFU) for air supply. The surrounding glass or tempered glass construction enables internal purification levels from Class 100 to 10,000, making it ideal for areas requiring high local purification standards in operational environments.
