These modular cleanrooms feature adjustable air change rates and localized purification systems.
During peak operational hours, air exchange rates can increase to 20-30 times per hour to counteract elevated particle emissions from material handling.
In idle periods, rates reduce to 10-15 times per hour to save energy. Localized laminar flow hoods or portable HEPA filters are deployed at critical workstations to create micro-environments with higher cleanliness than the surrounding area.
Unlike core production zones that demand ISO 1-5 (Class 1-100) standards, auxiliary areas such as material preparation rooms, tool maintenance stations, and staff buffer zones typically adopt ISO 6-8 (Class 1000-100,000) cleanliness levels.
This tiered design aligns with the actual contamination sensitivity of tasks—for example, component packaging preparation only requires ISO 7 standards to prevent particulate adhesion without overinvesting in ultra-high purification.
