Together with the air supply duct and the return air duct, it takes up a lot of space, making the maintenance space narrow and sometimes even affecting the use of the fire exit.
2. FFU's flexibility - using the structural characteristics of the FFU independence, it can be adjusted at any time to make up for the lack of maneuverability of the clean room, thus solving the shortcomings of the production process should not be adjusted.
The maintenance structure of the clean room plant is generally made of metal plates. After the completion of the construction, the layout cannot be changed at will. However, due to the continuous updating of the production process, the original plant cleanliness layout cannot meet the requirements of the new process. As a result, the cleanroom needs frequent changes due to product replacement, which wastes a lot of financial and material resources.

If a clean room in a large clean room requires a higher level of cleanliness, then the airflow unit with concentrated air supply will increase the airflow to overcome the resistance of the duct and the primary filter and high-efficiency filter. Moreover, as long as the air conditioner fails, the centralized air supply system will cause all the clean rooms involved in the air conditioner to stop running.

4. Negative pressure seal
This is a unique feature of the FFU. Because it can provide static pressure, the air supply static pressure box is under negative pressure relative to the clean workshop. Therefore, even if there is a leak in the tuyere installation, the clean room leaks to the static pressure tank, and no pollution to the clean room is formed. Make the seal simple and safe.
