5: Service feedback time: the feedback time should be within 4 hours, the engineer should be arrived site within 24 hours, the problem should be work out with 3days.

6: the manufactory should be provide the sales after maintain details, this should be include service content, cost, service way, service range.

7: In any time, all of the manufactory can’t exemption from liability if the equipment inherent shortage, the bidder have liability charge for the service and maintain.

8: the manufactory have responsible provide the standby spare part for convenience client purchase the spare part from local market.

9: Spare part provided:

A: the seller should be provided the standby spare part can use more than one year.

B: it should be within equipment lifetime,

C: seller should be provided the spare part preferential supplier with in equipment life time.
