Cleaning of cleanrooms and purification air conditioning systems:

After the cleanroom and the purification air conditioning system meet the cleanliness requirements, the purification air conditioning system must be tested and run continuously for more than 12 hours. After cleaning and wiping the cleanroom again, the high-efficiency filter should be installed immediately.

Transportation and storage:

The transportation and storage of high-efficiency filters should be carried out in the direction marked by the manufacturer. During transportation, handle with care to avoid severe vibration and collision.

Visual inspection and leak detection:

Before installation, the packaging must be opened at the installation site for an appearance inspection, which includes whether the filter paper, sealant and frame are damaged. Whether the side length, diagonal and thickness dimensions meet the requirements; Whether there are burrs and rust spots on the frame (metal frame); Is there a product qualification certificate and whether the technical performance meets the design requirements?

Then carry out the leak detection. Those that pass the inspection and leak detection should be installed immediately.

Frame flatness

The frame for installing the high-efficiency filter should be flat. The allowable deviation of the flatness of the installation frame of each high-efficiency filter is no more than 1mm.

Sealing method:

When the sealing between the high-efficiency filter and the frame adopts methods such as gaskets, self-adhesive labels, negative pressure sealing, liquid tank sealing and double-ring sealing, the surface of the packing, the surface of the filter frame, the surface of the frame and the liquid tank must all be wiped clean.

When using gaskets, the thickness of the gasket should not exceed 8mm, and the compression ratio should be 25% to 30%.

When liquid tank sealing is adopted, the liquid level height in the liquid tank should meet the design requirements, and there should be no leakage at each joint of the frame
