Cleanroom 300℃ High Temperature PreFilter for Micro Component Electronic Manufacture
300℃ High Temperature PreFilter to protect ultra-clean processes operating at high temperatures. These specially designed filters meet the most stringent requirements and are designed to maintain their integrity and rated performance values in applications with extremely high temperatures. Examples include HEPA filters for sterilization and depyrogenation ovens and tunnels in pharmaceutical processing, among other applications.
