Introduction of Hepa Fan Filter Unit
Fan Filter Unit (FFU) provides the micro-filtered airstream that controls particulate contamination in a cleanroom or laminar flow clean bench.
Our comprehensive line includes models based on High-Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filters, rated 99.99% efficient @ 0.3 μm particles, and Ultra Low Penetration Air (ULPA) filters,
rated 99.999% efficient @ 0.12 μm particles. Select the lights and other ceiling grid accessories to complete your system.
This reliable, self-powered Fan Filter Unit provides a uniform flow of microfiltered air to meet cleanliness standards down to Class 10 (ISO 4).
Feature of Hepa Fan Filter Unit
